چکیده
The National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) is committed to promoting quality health care for children, including the provision of a safe and healthy environment in which children can grow and develop. Parents must be educated about harmful effects of corporal punishment (CP) and effective alternative forms of discipline for home and school. NAPNAP believes that it is necessary to eliminate CP in the home, schools and other settings where children are cared for or educated.
